We use new components: e.g., shaft, compressor wheel (bearing housing is reconditioned) which are of a high quality and each core assembly is balanced on the VSR machine (vibration sorting rig) and quality checked prior to despatch. You will also receive a 12 Month Warranty.Turbocharger FailuresTurbos fail for a reason, usually air or oil related. Here are the main causes of turbocharger failure: Lack of lubricating oil or oil delay; Foreign material or dirt in the lubricating system; Oil break-down; Foreign material in exhaust or air-filtration systems; Internal carbon build up from the engine; If the cause of turbo failure is not correctly diagnosed and rectified before fitting a replacement turbocharger it is likely the new turbo will suffer damage and fail for the same reason. Should a warranty be verified as a valid claim, this charge is refundable.
